Wholesale Terms For Charms

You must be EITHER a retail store OR have a valid resale/tax id # and meet the following requirements:

* 50% Discount on charms only (jewelry not yet available for wholesale).

* Opening Order: $200.00 minimum wholesale. Re-orders $100.00 minimum wholesale. PLEASE NOTE: Our website shows only RETAIL pricing. Your order will show retail pricing IE... a wholesale order of $200.00 will show as $400.00....WE WILL ONLY BILL YOU WHOLESALE IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF A WHOLESALE ORDER ($200.00 or $100.00 wholesale , 2 per charm design and sending us your resale/tax id number).

* Minimum 2 quantity per charm. This applies to all subsequent orders as well.

*Create Your Customer Account:

1) From the Shopping Cart Screen choose "Sign On".

2) Click "Create A New Account", enter your account information, click "SAVE".

3) Browse the shopping cart adding items to your cart. Then choose checkout.

4) Enter shipping information, and credit card (secured). Save order.

BUT YOU HAVE TO SEPARATELY EMAIL us with your resale/tax ID number!

Send your resale/tax # number immediately upon placing your order. Sending after the fact will complicate and delay your order. Let us know the invoice number in that email.

3) Click here to email your wholesale information to us! Please include your invoice number.

Shipping:

* Charms in stock usually ship within 7 business days of receiving order. Processing the order may take 1-2 days. AND if we are preparing for a show or have other orders ahead of you it may push your ship day out further..... email or call if you have any concerns. We always try our best to accomodate you.

* If Web Site Ordering is not working for you please email or call in the order. NEVER email your credit card #! Please call in the credit card and leave on the answer machine if we are not available.

* Pre-payment required on all orders: Visa or Master Card.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with our product, please return it within two weeks of receiving your order. You MUST accompany the return with your original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return postage and insurance are the buyer's responsibility.
